All per-call packages are based on pre-purchased call credits. We deduct call credits only when your message is delivered, so you are never charged for busy signals or phones that aren't answered. If your message is less than 60 seconds in length you are charged one call credit for each number that is reached. Messages over 60 seconds long are charged as two call credits per reached member.
