We deduct call credits only when your message is delivered, meaning you are never charged for busy signals or numbers that aren't answered. If your message is less than 60 seconds in length, you are charged one call credit for each number that is reached. Messages that are over 60 seconds long are charged as two call credits per reached member.
There are no other charges for account setup, long distance, or anything else you can think of. In-house customer service and technical support are also included free and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year.
