Text responses from your members are displayed online in your CallMultiplier interface in real-time. You can also be notified by email of new replies from your members. Unlike many group texting solutions your members' responses won't be broadcast to everyone in the group.

What is the Caller ID that is used on my text messages?

When you enable texting you are assigned a unique 10-digit number that will be used on your outgoing text messages. Because we gather and report your members' responses you are not able to customize this Caller ID to be your phone number.

How long can my messages be?

You can send text messages of up to 320 characters on monthly accounts and 480 characters on credit accounts.

Are any types of messages restricted by CallMultiplier?

Yes, CallMultiplier is not to be used for unsolicited, telemarketing, or solicitation calls or texts. Account holders are also responsible for complying with applicable laws. Members must also agree to abide by our Terms of Service and Responsible Use policies when creating a new account.
